【摘要】 將葡萄蔓作為金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)的栽培基質(zhì),對菌絲長速進行測定,從4個菌株中篩選出新河大F1為分解葡萄蔓的最優(yōu)菌株。以新河大F1為供試菌株進行最優(yōu)配方的篩選,確定培養(yǎng)基最佳配方為:葡萄蔓60%、棉籽殼30%、麩皮9%、石灰1%,葡萄蔓可作為金針菇栽培基質(zhì)加以利用。

【Abstract】 Vine trimmings were included as a component of substrates used to cultivate four strains of Flammulina velutipes.One of these strains,F1,was selected on the basis of its ability to grow on substrates containing vine trimmings,and mycelial growth rates and vigor were determined on seven different substrate formulae.The optimum composition for F1 cultivation was 60% vine trimmings,30% cotton seed hulls,together with 9% wheat bran and 1% lime.Our data demonstrated that vine trimmings were suitable ...
