【中文摘要】 對黃傘子實體中主要營養(yǎng)成分、氨基酸、礦質(zhì)元素及維生素含量進行了測定,并對其營養(yǎng)性價值進行了分析。結果表明,黃傘子實體中粗蛋白質(zhì)、粗纖維和灰分的含量較高,但粗脂肪含量較低,并含有多種維生素和礦質(zhì)元素。黃傘子實體中還含有氨基酸、多糖、麥角固醇等多種生物活性物質(zhì)。

【英文摘要】 The contents of main nutritional conponents, such as amino acids,minereal elements and vitamins in the fruitbodies of Pholiota adiposa were determined. The nutritional value of the fruitbodies of P. adiposa was also discussed. And the experimental results showed that the fruitbodies of Pholiota adiposa contained higher contents of crude protein, crude fiber and ash, and lower contents of crude fat,and that it also contained various kinds of (minereal) elements and vitamins, as well as many kinds of bioactive components including amino acids, polysaccharide and ergosterol.
