【中文摘要】 本文采用光學(xué)顯微鏡和透射電子顯微鏡對蛹蟲草在人工栽培狀態(tài)下的顯微、超微結(jié)構(gòu)進行了觀察。結(jié)果顯示,蛹蟲草無性階段產(chǎn)生分生孢子,有性階段形成子囊孢子,子囊內(nèi)形成1～8個子囊孢子,每個子囊孢子可在子囊內(nèi)進行多次無性分裂,亦可在子座上萌發(fā)。

【英文摘要】 The microscopical structure and ultrastructure of Cordycepa militaris (L.) Link were studied with light microscope and transmission electronic microscope under cultivated conditions. The results indicated that there were conidia formed in asexual phase and ascospores formed in sexual phase. Moreover, it was found that there were 1-8 ascospores in each ascus and that each ascospore would make several times of asexual division in the ascus and could sprout in its ascostroma.
