【中文摘要】 在深入調(diào)查研究福建省食用菌發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了該產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)品在國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)具有較大的拓展空間和具有自然資源、原料資源、成本價(jià)格和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)等明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),規(guī)劃建立閩東南糞草類食用菌和閩西北木生食用菌優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)域,提出至2010年的發(fā)展思路、原則、目標(biāo)及完成該目標(biāo)所必須進(jìn)行的項(xiàng)目和保障體系建設(shè)。

【英文摘要】 The present situation and existence problem of Fujian edible fungi sector had been investigated.Based on the investigation analyse the character of this sector in Fujian Province.Some conclusions have been showed in this paper.Fujian edible fungi sector have greater space in both domestic and foreign market.There are more advantage in natural resource,raw material and cost price.The district development programs have been set up,Southeast and Northwest of Fujian Province were planned for straw-rot and wood-habitant edible fungi cultivation district respectively.The development goal,program and principle were bring forward to 2010.This planning also point out that some important projects and indemnity must be build for reach the goal
