【中文摘要】 從羊肚菌發(fā)酵液中提取多糖并分析其基本生化特征,研究羊肚菌胞外多糖對小鼠免疫功能的影響。結果表明,羊肚菌多糖為蛋白多糖,其總糖含量為85.3%、蛋白含量為8.5%、酸性多糖含量為25%。該多糖可促進小鼠胸腺指數(shù)和脾指數(shù)提升,增加血清溶菌酶含量,提高巨噬細胞吞噬能力,并能在體外促進T淋巴細胞增殖及巨噬細胞NO量增加。作為一種蛋白多糖,羊肚菌多糖可以顯著增強小鼠的非特異性免疫及細胞免疫。
【英文摘要】 The effect of polysaccharides from Morchella esculenta (L.) Pers. (MEP) on immunological function was investigated. The results showed that MEP is a kind of proteoglycan. It has a total sugar of 85.3% and the protein level reached 8.5%. The content of alduronic acid in MEP is 25%. MEP can increase the level of thymus index and spleen index, the content of serum lysozyme, and can promote phagocytosis and NO level of macrophage. It can also enhance proliferation of T lymphocyte in vitro. As a proteoglycan, MEP can enhance nonspecific immunity and cellular immunity in mice.
