【中文摘要】 測定了靈芝發(fā)酵產物和添加薏苡仁的靈芝發(fā)酵產物對小鼠抗氧化性。結果表明:靈芝和加薏苡仁后的靈芝能提高小鼠的器官指數和SOD、GSH-PX活性、降低組織中MDA、腦褐素的含量。添加薏苡仁后的靈芝中劑量組能提高血清肝組織中的SOD活性,而低劑量組能提高腦中的SOD活性;低劑量組能降低血清中MDA含量,而中劑量組能降低腦中MDA的含量;低劑量組能提高血清、肝的GSH-PX活性,但不能提高對腦中的GSH-PX活性;高劑量組能降低心脂褐素的含量,而中劑量組能降低腦脂褐素的含量。
【英文摘要】 Experiments on antioxidant of rat of fermention production of Gandermd lucidum and Ganderma lucidum with Coix.lachryma were determinated.The result showed that fermention prodution of G.lucidum and G.lucidumwith Coix.lachryma could improve the organ index and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutothine peroxidase(GSH-PX),and reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),lipofuscin(LF).The middle dose could improve the activity of SOD in the blood and liver after adding Coix.lachryma of Ganderma lucidum,but for the brain,the low dose was suitable;the low dose group could reduce the content of MDA in the blood and the middle dose was good for the brain;the lower dose could improve the activity of GSH-PX in the blood and the liver,but not for the brain;the high dose could reduce the content of LF in the heart,but middle dose was better in the brain.
